Walnuthearth warrants that products will arrive free from manufacturing defects or damage under normal use.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or external factors.
